No, RaffleTix does not apply for the permits for your raffle. Your organisation is responsible for applying for and obtaining any required permits.
As part of the permit application process, you may need to supply specific documentation, e.g.

RaffleTix can assist with this documentation but your organisation must apply for any required permits.
