No, the RaffleTix Platform Fee is not negotiable.

The RaffleTix Platform Fee of 4.4% (incl. GST) of ticket sales revenue applies to all clients, regardless of size. 

All RaffleTix clients are not-for-profit community or charitable organisations. To ensure transparency and fairness, the same pricing applies to every organisation using the platform.

RaffleTix has no setup fees, monthly subscription fees, or ongoing account fees. Instead, RaffleTix charges clients based on the ticket sales revenue processed through the platform. This approach makes it easy for clients to access to an easy-to-use, highly available, and secure fundraising platform, while ensuring all clients are treated equally.
