Yes, we can embed your Facebook Pixel in the raffle page. To do this, please reach out to Support (support@raffletix.com.au).
You will first need your Facebook Pixel ID. The Pixel ID is usually 15-16 numbers long and is viewable in your Facebook Business Manager. Learn how to create a Facebook tracking pixel.
Facebook requires verified domains for some functionality. However, you won't be able to verify the domain of your RaffleTix raffle because RaffleTix is a third-party website. For more information, visit Facebook's business Help Center.
By default, your Facebook pixel fires the following standard actions:
- PageView when people load your raffle website
- AddToCart when people select a ticket option
- InitiateCheckout when people submit their order
- Purchase when they complete their order
NOTE: RaffleTix cannot help you analyse your pixel data.
