As part of the raffle set up process, you can define which States and Territories can participate in the raffle. This is managed via the Valid States tab on your Raffle Administration dashboard. This is also where you will list your permit numbers, if required.
It is your responsibility to meet the relevant State-based regulations and to ensure you have the appropriate permits and authority to fund raise for each State in which you would like to sell tickets.
On the raffle website, ticket buyers will only be able to nominate an address from one of the valid States or Territories.
